HK Visa payment fees

Hello,

I am a Lebanese Citizen and I live in Dubai (United Arab Emirates).
I require a tourist entry permit to travel to Hong Kong but apparently I can only apply by sending the documents (excluding my passport) via courier. However, I am having trouble to understand the payment fee process. On the website, it says that I need to send a bank draft in HK $ with the amount of 190 $ but the bank should have a connection in HKSAR. No bank in Dubai have a connection with HKSAR apart from HSBC and I do not have an account with them so cannot request the bank draft.

Is there any other way to process the fees?

Thanks,
Kim

Hi Kim, I'm afraid you have to open an account at the HSBC so that you can request a bank draft.
