About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I am travelling from UK to Beijing then onto Hong Kong

My flight arrives at 1:10 pm on a friday, but my departure flight isn't until Saturday at 09:30. is there anywhere I can go within the airport for the duration of the stop over?

In three terminals, there are hourly lounges available, and you can spend your layover there. You can enjoy the shower and wake-up service in the lounges. Or apply for a stay permit and go to the downtown area for a general visit.
