About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Do I need to apply for a visa to stop over?

I am travelling from the UK - Hong Kong and then from Hong Kong - Beijing and from Beijing - UK.
Arrive in Beijing on 10-FEB 2016 at 15:40
Depart Beijing on 13-FEB 2016 at 14:30

Will my husband and I be required to obtain a transit permit for stop this over?

Hello, Jenny, according to what you stated, the time your husband and you stop over in Beijing is less than 72 hours. In this case, both of you can use the 72 hour free transit and don’t need to apply for an entry permit.
