apply for work visa without going back to my country

Question

i am indian passport holder, currently i am in china. i have an m type, now my company offers me job here but i dont want to go back my country for applying work Z type. i want to apply from here. how can i apply for it from here?

Well, first, you need to get a work permit with the help of your company. Then go to the local exit & entry management bureau and submit the application for changing the M type to a Z type. Next, apply for a temporary stay permit.
