I am arriving at bao'an airport at 11pm and plan to transfer to Hong Kong airport (to store the luggage there for 48 hours), it looks like there are no ferries at that time. Are there any other options available considering I will not have a Chinese visa.Thank you

I'm afraid all public transportation will be out of service upon your arrival. Apart from taxing a taxi to HKIA, you can only stay overnight in SZ. Although you have no China visa, it is easy to apply for a stay permit after landing. With it, you will be allowed to leave the airport. In the next morning, catch a ferry or cross-border coach to HKIA.
