ca i know why all month of october is booked in algeria?

I have an invitation from wenzhou to buy some printing machines and want to go in october, but appointment online show that all this month is booked
what can i do?

Why the whole month is booked? Because there are many applicants. You can call the embassy and see if they would like to do you a favor and arrange an exception for you. If they don't agree, I think you have to wait until you can make an online appointment.
