How much time would a train journey take from Shenzhen to Sanya?

Is the train connectivity good? Are there multiple times to choose to depart by train? Is it possible to go by a bus from Shenzhen?

Well, no train operates between these two places. You need to take a train to Guangzhou first. However, there is only one train schedule depart from Guangzhou that can take you to the destination.
So you are suggested to take direct long-distance bus to get to SY. Some bus stations in this city have coaches to there.
Longgang Coach Station: 11:40
Longhua Bus Station: 13:10
Baoan Gongming Bus Station: 14:30, 16:30
Main Bus Station: 14:30
Futian Bus Station: 15:00
Baoan Bus Station: 15:30
