Type of visa needed

I am a citizen of India and my girlfriend is chinese and live in china.
1. We have planned to meet in HK for vacation,do i required any particular document for this and has well for her.?
2. Can i book 1 room for 2 people,has i am traveling from india and she from china.
Is there any problem in immigration
