Interest to do in Guangzhou during flight layover

My January flight has a overnight lay over in Baiyun airport. Is there anything interesting to do there other than staying in Hotel?

At night, you are suggested to go to Zhujiang New Town. Near the bund area, you can see the beautiful night view. There are also bars and night clubs around the area, and you can enjoy your high time there.
