About:Hong Kong Airport Express

We are arriving in Hong Kong with a 9 hr layover. What is the best way to get to Victoria Harbor ?

Would like to get out on one of the star ferries and also walk around and see the sights without worrying too much about our time constraints. Where does the Airport Express let out so we can walk?

You have only 9 hours. Deducting the time to downtown and back, you need to hurry up. From airport, take Airport Express to HK station (about 24 minutes), get out and then stroll to nearby Central Pier to take the star ferry to Tsim Sha Tsui, where you can have a quick look of Victorial Harbour. If time permits, you can walk to see the Star Avenue and wait to appreciate the A Symphony of Lights (20:00).
Just pay attention to go back to hotel. The return way is the same and the quickest.

Thanks Dave! It sounds pretty simple...24 min-then walk down to harbor. We are not interested in shopping.....just want to see HK from the ferry. Should we take one of those 1 hour Star Ferry tours and just come right back to the airport? Our layover is from 6:54am till 4pm....oh - and eat something, probably. Your support is appreciated!

I personally think it's not necessary to join a star ferry tour. A regular ferry ride is wonderful as well. After getting onshore, you will reach one of the best sites to appreciate Victorial Harbour. Regretfully, it's not night; the night view there is much more beautiful. For food, you can find many restaurant in Central, one of the most prosperous areas in HK. Have fun~
