British Citizen applying for Chinese Visa whilst travelling in Switzerland

I'm a British Citizen, resident in the UK, but travelling through Switzerland and need to apply for a PRC Business M type for an upcoming business trip. Is it possible for me to apply for this in the PRC embassy in Bern?
