About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Traveling from JFK to NRT with transfer in PEK, is 2 hour 20 min enough time?

Air China from JFK to NRT with layover in PEK.

Is 2 hours and 20 min enough time to make that transfer.

Also, what will I need to do, and can I prepare early?

Yes, time is enough for transit. Relax! All signages are clear in the airport, so you wil have an easy access for transfer.
