About:China Transit Visa

hi i am flying to bangladesh from sydney through Guangzhou airport with 15 hours of transit.

im a bangladeshi passport holder. am i eligible to get a 24 hour visa?? if no what type should i get and how much does it cost? what is its class name or number?
