About:Chinese Names

addressing people my age

i was wondering if there is a way to address friend, who are older than you or younger than you? or address a stranger who are around my age (16).

If your friend is older than you, you can call him/her "family name + 哥/姐", for example, 李哥/李姐. If he/she is younger than you, you just call his/her given name directly. If he/she is a stranger, you can call his/her full name.
