About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Taiwan - Beijing - Canada, are we qualified for 72 hours free transit?

We are traveling from Taiwan to Beijing (arrive Friday evening 19:30, depart Sunday evening 17:40) and then on to Vancouver, Canada. It seems like we qualify for the 72-hour visa but I just wanted to leave a question to double check.

Meghan, your route is ok. But you should doublecheck that your flights (both in and out) won't stop by any other cities in mainland China.
