About:Zhangjiajie Transportation

How to reach Zhangjiajie from Xi'an?

How is the best way to go, by train or air? what is more convenient. It is expensive to fly there from Xi'an. How long it will take either way. Thank-you.

There is no direct train service, so taking a plane is the best choices. The travel time is about 70 mins, and the cost varies widely in different travel seasons and different classes seats. You can search the tickets online to get the price in real time.

If you really want to travel by train, take a high-speed train from Xian North Railway Station, get off at Changsha South Railway Station first. The duration is about 6.5 hours.
Then walk south around 180 yards to arrive at Lituo Express Bus Station and take long-distance bus to go to ZZJ Bus Station. It takes around 4 hours on the way.
