china tourist visa from germany

Question

Hello,I am a US citizen currently traveling in Germany and would like to obtain a tourist L type for PRC in Germany if possible.  Can I obtain one in Munich?  Or do I need to travel to Berlin or Frankfurt?  Is it reasonable to expect a turnaround of 4 working days?  Any help is appreciated as it is unclear from what I have read so far.Thanks,Tristan

Tristan, it's possible to apply for Germany. You can submit the application according to the district you are in. If possible, it's better to apply from Berlin. The process takes four working days.
