what documents needed if, from Pakistan, working in malaysia and want to travel in Hongkong

hi, i have a friend from pakistan, he is working in malaysia and want to travel in HK, what documents does he need?

To apply for HK entry permit, he needs: a photocopy of passport, an application form ID 1003A, a recent passport size photo against white background, a travel itinerary, a photocopy of round-trip tickets and hotel reservations, and a financial support proof.
