Will our finances improve?

We have been married since june 13 1992 my(sharon) birthdate is 6/10/60 my husband ray 1/1/1964. We have been struggling for quite awhile and even tough Ray is employed he does not like his job and wish he would had stayed at his previous job at channel 9 news. Should he return or keep searching...but where?
