Ching, you need to submit your application to Chinese embassy in Qatar. The required documents are your passport, filled application form, a recent passport photo, round-trip air tickets, hotel booking and financial proof (recent six months bank statement, salary slip etc) and your valid resident permit for employment in Qatar.
