About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

question about country A and country B

in the picture above shows this policy apply to people come from country A to China, then from China to country B, does it mean the 2 countries must be 2 different ones?

Does that mean that if I take a flight back and forth lets say from San Francisco and request to stay only 3 days, I'm not eligible for the 72-hour Visa-free Transit? (Country A = Country B = US)

Amine, you can't take the flights back and forth under the free transit rule.
