About:Forbidden City

I am in Beijing now and I want to visit Forbidden City tomorrow in the morning.

what gate do I go to get tickets, and is there anything else I should know before I go?

You can get the tickets at Meridian Gate (Wu Men or South Gate), it is also the only entrance. The entrance tickets are limited to 80,000 daily, so go there early!
