hi, im studying in Malaysia now i from pakistan can i apply from here china tourist visa

Zeeshan, it's hard to say, because many consulates does not issue individual tourist entry permits for Pakistani passport holders. I think you had better check it with the embassy first and then make out corresponding plans.
