is it extreme cold in winter in Changsha? what is temperature range?

ReplyWinter comes from December and lasts to next February there. It is not extreme cold in that city. Actually, it is kind of a warm city, and the lowest temp is around 30F in coldest period, and most of time in winter, the average temp is about 46F. I believe you can bear the temp.10Reply
