You must refer to the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal. Well, taxi of course is the best way and it costs 70-80HKD for a single ride. By public transportation, here is the way:
take green minibus no. 86 to Kowloon Bay MTR Station in 7min. Walk to Amoy Garden, Ngau Tau Kok Road bus stop to take bus no. 101 and get off at The Charterhouse, Wan Chai Road. Then your hotel is around 200m in the south.1
