is there any local tour of wutaishan?

I am staying in Taiyuan and like to visit Wutaishan and  the  Hanging temple and the Yuangang Grottoes in Nov.Is there any local tour in TY for this trip( 1 night in Wutaishan)? Or can I travel by myself  as it seems there is a tourist bus in the Bus station to reach Wutaishan?Does the bus stop at the bottom of Wutaishan? and is there any bus to go up to  the temples in the mountain?

The spots you mentioned are hilgihts of sightseeing in the city, and there are many two-day local tours covering them. You can turn to your hotel to book the package. If you prefer to an independent travel, it is also ok. For tourist bus, in front of the Huayuan Hotel near the railway station, there are direct tourist buses going to Wutaishan. The bus departs at 07:00. The bus will stop at the entrance of the mountain directly. In the mountain, there are sightseeing buses available, and you can take them to reach temples.
