I was born october 11,1978 no boyfriend since birth. I want to resign & have a business of my own.

I have no boyfriend since birth. will can I get married someday and have a family in the future? I'm afraid that I'll end to be an oldmaid. I work in a multinational company and wanted to resign is this a better decision to make or I'll stick to my job.
