What are the public wc facilities like in Nanjing?

In most public places like transportation hus, attraction sites, one can find a WC easily. Most of them are not as terrible as before, but not as clean as in western countries. Also now there are toilets for physically challenged people.
BTW, you can use the toilets in supermarkets and fast food restaurants like KFC and McDonald's.
