Do I need a  tourist visa to visit Hong Kong. if needed.. what are the requirements?

Yes, you need it. You should get it from the HK SAR office in Beijing by submitting a photocopy of your passport, a filled application form, a recent passport style photo, a copy of accommodation reservations, a copy of round-trip tickets and travel itinerary and a copy of financial standing proofs.
