What if I don't make my train because of delayed flight
I am flying into Shanghai on 20 September and plan to take the bullet from that station to Hangzhou. My question is this.
1 how long to transfer from flight arrivals to railway station
2 if my flight is delayed will my ticket be transferable to a later one.
