Delayed JW papers

I have been a student in shandong jiaotong university but because of covid I had to return home, now i am applying for re-entry so that i may finish my studies but the procedure has been taking almost 4months to acquire the jw,despite having provided all documents and paid all fees, please advice on the way forward

Maybe you can submit the previous JW and the latest admission notice from your university instead to try to get the visa. Tell the official your situation about obtaining a new JW paper.
