Kurt, you need to apply for the CVASC center in Melbourne. It's located at Ground Floor, 570 ST.Kilda Road, Melbourne, VIC 3004. You should submit your passport, finished 2013 application form affixed with a recent passport photo, round-trip air tickets, hotel booking and your valid resident permit or entry permit. It takes four working days to decide whether you will be granted or not.
