unused octopus card credit

can I use my octopus card at airport to pay for things? Cafe de coral, fast food?

Well, as I know, most shops in the airport don't accpet payment of Octopus Card.
In addition, only a few shops can allow to use Octopus Card only if the amount of money is small.
