About:Passport

holding Malaysia passport, can I apply china visa on the spot?

I'm holding Malaysia passport and Macau blue card (working permit) and flight from Macau to Chengdu on 3_7 Sep.

Nope, the VOA is not available. You should apply for it from the Office of the Commissioner of PRC Foreign Affairs Ministry in Macau. The address is No. 992, Avenida do Dr. Rodrigo Rodrigues.
