I arrive into Terminal 3 from London Heathrow at 1200, with a connecting flight to Bangkok from Terminal 3 departing at 1340. Will this be enough time to complete?

Yes, your time is enough. General speaking, an international to international transfer in T3 may take about 60 mins, and you have 100 mins for that, which is sufficient. Just take your time.
