Is Hefei South Railway Station the same as Hefei Railway Station?

Is there luggage storage at the Hefei South Railway Station? If there is, what is the operating hours, or is it open 24 hours? Is it common for all the lockers to be taken when I arrive (in October)?

Well, these two are not the same railway station.
South Railway Station is located at the Southeast Corner of Huizhou Avenue and Longchuan Road.
HF Railway Station is located at No.1, Zhanqian Road, Yaohai District.

The south railway station provides luggage storage service. The luggage counters are located nearby the East and West Entrance. You can find them easily according to the English version. But I'm not sure whether it opens for 24 hours or not.
As I know, there are about 30 lockers totally. So it's possible for that situation. If that, you can contact your hotel and put your luggage there.
