My passport was stolen, but i already book a ticket to Thailand next month. Thus i need to get a need passport as soon as possible. i wonder what documents do i need and what to do...

Bonnie, you should apply for a new passport through the consulate. You will need to submit a copy of your ID card, application form ID645, a recent photo, and a cheque.
