bus service between Nanjiao hotel near Shandong hotel to Jinan West train station.

Is there any bus service from this area at around 6:00AM in the morning?

There is no direct bus mode from the hotel to the railway station, so I suggest you take a taxi instead. The taxi is available at that time, and the fare is about CNY45-50.
