what is the best way to go from macau to guangzhou with my family(5 person) and how much will cost?

my family is 3 adult 2 kids.

Go from your location to Border Gate and pass the immigration to Zhuhai Gongbei. Walk to the nearby Zhuhai Rrailway Station to take a high speed intercity train to Guangzhou. It costs CNY70 for a second class seat and CNY90 for a first class seat. The travel time is 70-80min.
