Thank you Gary for that, do you think it's worth paying out for the guide? I read somewhere few weeks ago if you want to see all apparently takes hours start at one end and get a lift back. How do you get a lift back?

Yes, English interpretation is necessary. Actually, the Audio guide is a good choice. You can visit according to your own pace. I’m afraid there is no lift available. I had visited the palace once, and the whole tours was finished by walking.
