About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Question about the third country...

I am in Istanbul, and I am planning to flight ISTANBUL-PARIS-SHANGHAI, in my way back my flight is SHANGHAI-AMSTERDAM-ISTANBUL, do I qualify for the 72hr visa-free transit? I am only staying for 48 hrs.
