About:Beijing Capital Airport T2

Arrival from US to Beijing, connecting flight to Changsha

My son arrives in Beijing T2 at 7:50 pm and has a connecting flight also in T2 at 10:05pm to Changsha. How much time does it normally take to go through transfer procedures? Will it be difficult to know where to go for inexperienced traveler?

The transfer needs two hours, about 120 mins, and your son has 135 mins, so his time is enough. It won’t be difficult, for there are signs in English indicating the direction to finish the procedures, he will make it easily. You don’t need to worry about it.
