How to book hard and soft sleeper tickets at railway station

What do i need to tell them at the counter in beijing west to book hard and soft sleeper

Hard sleeper is 硬卧 in Chinese, and soft sleeper is 软卧.
You can remember this, or print this out to show it to the staff there.
