Hi there,1. Please kindly advise the best transportation (except by taxi ) from Nostalgia Hotel, Yonghe Lama Temple    to the garden, vice versa.    If I have to walk to take subway/bus, please inform the direction and distance from my hotel.2. Duration visit around 6 hours. When is the best time to go there, weekday or weekend.    I want to explore this area without too may visitors3. Please kindly inform other fascinating tourist destination near the garden, included the transportation. Hi, Dwira. Hope my suggestions are not too late. Here are the info I know:1. Walk from the hotel to Beixinqiao metro station to take subway line 5 to Huixin Xijie Nankou. There you can easily transfer to line 190 to Haidianhuangzhuang and then change to line 4. You should get off at Beigongmen. Leave from exit A1 and you can see the garden nearby. The way also works for the back trip.2. Considering all, I would suggest you go for a visit in the early morning on a workday. There are too many people on weekends. 3. The most popular attraction near the garden is Ruins of Yuanmingyuan. You can directly walk there in 10-15min along Yiheyuan Road. Another recommendation is the Botanical Garden, which is 5-6km away. Bus no. 563 or 331 can directly take you there from the garden. 4. About dining, right in the garden, Chinese restaurants are available. You can dine great Chinese cuisine there after a tiring visit. Just follow the clear landmarks/signages and you can find them. Hope help!
