Battery Cart in Summer Palace and Beihai Park

We are a group of 4 people visiting Beijing. May I know if there are any battery carts available to transport visitors inside the Summer Palace and Beihai Park? If yes, what is the fee? Are they driven by a driver, or do we need to drive them ourselves?
