About:China Embassy in Thailand

can i still apply for a new Chinese visa?

Hello anyone help there.just been in china but i plan to go after a month again. my working permit just got expired this month but my entry permit in thailand is till january 2016.

Lin, I think you still are able to apply one in Thailand as long as your entry permit is still valid.

I mean my entry permit in thailand is till january 2016 but my working permit was just expired.is that ok? Thank u so much for the answer.

Lin, it's less than six months. By the way, can you use it to get back to Thailand? If not, I personally think your chance is very little. Just my opinion.

Yes i can enter and leave thailand till january 2016. just my working permit blue book indicated that its expired. so i can still use my vit in thailand to process my application? thanks

Its validity is less than six months. Based on my experiences, most Chinese embassy require that the validity should be at least six months. So I think you don't have a big chance to apply successfully. Just my opinion! You can visit the embassy and give it a try.
