Most cost effective way in Hong Kong: Airport Express Line and other MTR stations

We will be in HK for 3 nights. We land at HK Airport and plan on taking AE Line to HK, where our hotel is. We also plan on using other MTR lines such as Tsim Sha Tsui and Wan Chai. What is the most cost effective multi-day ticket we can purchase to use all these lines?
