About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

One hour between flights at PEK.

I´m going to fly from Budapest, Hungary to Bangkok with Air China. There´s just 60 minutes to change a flight in T3. Could I do it? Thank you.

So you will use Air China for the whole trip? If so, 60min is enough for such a transfer. To confirm this, you can also consult your airline in advance.
