but i still have 90days to stay is it? My employer wants to take new one for me but the agency say I couldn't get because the Phil is one ban country to get in the PRC for now?how true?

Thes, there is no news that Filipinos are not allowed to enter right now. I don't know which type and how many entries you have. If it is a multiple or double entries one, then you need to exit mainland before your current entry expires, according to the law. If you didn't, then you will have trouble when you leave finally.
