I have been overstayed in macau for 2months then I came to India its been 1year exactly.

According to the rules, you can go to Macau now, but you it's possible that you will be denied for entering.

Denied? but why? this time I wont overstay I will carry sufficient money and show them. but still they will not allow? Then how should I prove them that I wont overstay and how to not get denied. pls say.

Kick, because you already have bad entry record. For this reason, it's possible that they deny your entry. Your entry records do affect your future entries to Macau.
